SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents to select a qualified Service Provider to provide management and maintenance services for the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling stations located at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) two bus maintenance facilities; Integrated Bus Maintenance Facilities (IBMF) 2751 Simmons, North Las Vegas Nevada 89032 and Sunset Maintenance Facilities (SMF) 5165 West Sunset Road, Las Vegas Nevada 89118. Both locations provide bus fuel operations for the RTC's Fixed Route and Paratransit vehicles. The Service Provider will be responsible for providing a full range of maintenance services including, 1) Proactive Maintenance, 2) Scheduled/Routine Maintenance on-site and 3) Emergency Maintenance/Repairs on-call services for emergencies during, before or after normal business hours. The initial performance period for this contract will be from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two (2) one (1) year periods.
