Notes	UNLV is seeking experienced and qualified CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) for the renovation of the UNLV Biomechanics Research Lab (re-bid) . The intent of this RFP is to establish primary source for UNLV’s CMAR requirements for project and scope levels indicated. Proposals must be submitted through NGEM, Nevada Government eMarketplace at www.ngemnv.com PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A PROPOSER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/ . A non mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 09:00 am (PST) at the UNLV MPE-G Building; MAP Meet at the exterior of the east entrance of the MPE-G Building.
