Description of Work:

Provide a cost proposal for a twelve (12) month Cisco Smart Net Service Agreement for Cisco products listed on the provided Cost Proposal Worksheet.

Service Level to quote is Smart Net Total Care 8X5xNext Business Day (SNT).

· The maintenance must be from Cisco. No substitutions or equivalents items may be proposed. No third-party service maintenance providers will be accepted.

· The Term of the agreement is for one year from Nov 1, 2023 – Oct 31, 2024

Complete and return the Cisco Smart Net Service Agreement Cost Worksheet in

Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format. NSHE SNT COST WORKSHEET 2023-2024.xlsx

Each line item must include:

· Last Date that Smart Net Service is available in the format DD-MM-YYYY. In the event an end of service date has not been established, enter “End of Service Date Not Established”. Should end date occur before Term Date, please adjust “End Date” in spreadsheet.

· Please only provide quotes for items not covered between release of ITB and 10/30/24. Pro-rate accordingly. Items already under coverage through NSHE or any other Cisco customer should be noted as such and include the current contract number they are contracted under.

· Provide the best Unit Cost that your company will offer for each line item.

· Include List Price, Discount being offered, and any descriptions and/or notes relevant to the line items in question. If an item cannot be quoted, please notate accordingly.

· Provide a customer service manager or account executive that is reachable by email and telephone during normal business hours in the Pacific Time Zone to resolve post award contract initiation and performance issues.

For entire worksheet:

· Enter the Total Bid Amount (Total Cost) for the Smart Net Service Agreement at the end of the Cost Worksheet in the space provided.

Bid Requirements/Information – Submit the following:

· A Cost Proposal to meet all requirements, above including:

· Certification of compliance with all Bid Requirements

· Certification that bidder is authorized by Cisco to bid and supply.

· Completion of SREG profile on https://suppliers.nevada.edu/

Please note:

· Minor items are not being requested, nor are they being considered for this ITB. ECMU maintenance is not being requested.

· A Purchase Order will be issued for the awarded offer.

· Failure to supply required information may be grounds for disqualification of the ITB response.
