Scope #1 - Helen Meyer Community Center: Daycare Playground Replacement (RP.A0322037)

The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #1 - Helen Meyer Community Center: Daycare Playground Replacement and is located at 4525 New Forest Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89147. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 33 of the Project Manual.

The work consists of the construction of one play area of approximately 546 square feet. The scope of work includes removing existing Play Structure, Footings, Safety Surfacing and Subgrade. New Play Equipment shall be for children 2-5 years old per Bid documents and fit in the existing designated play area including Fall Zones. The new Safety Surface Tile System to include Compacted Subgrade, Base Aggregate, Concrete Base Key-Way, and Cushion/ Wear Course (Tiles). Work must comply with ADA Accessibility. Contractor to repair all damages caused by construction including existing CMU wall repair.

Scope #2 - Paradise Park Community Center: Daycare Playground Replacement (RP.G0222038)

The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #2 - Paradise Park Community Center: Daycare Playground Replacement and is located at 4775 McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 33 of the Project Manual.

The work consists of the construction of one play area of approximately 464 square feet. The scope of work includes removing existing Play Structure, Footings, Safety Surfacing and Subgrade. New Play Equipment shall be for children 2-5 years old per Bid documents and fit in the existing designated play area including Fall Zones. The new Safety Surface Tile System to include Compacted Subgrade, Base Aggregate, Concrete Base Key-Way, and Cushion/ Wear Course (Tiles). Work must comply with ADA Accessibility. Contractor to repair all damages caused by construction including existing Wrought Iron Fence repair.
