The Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Request For Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified and accredited travel companies to submit a Proposal to provide travel management services and an on-site travel agent for the UNLV Athletics Department, per the RFP document specifications. See RFP Document under 'Attachments' tab for details including scope of work, and instructions.

Responses to this RFP must be submitted through the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) at www.ngemnv.com. To participate in this RFP and receive notifications, you must register with us in NGEM.

Please submit written questions or requests for additional information through the “Questions” tab in NGEM. Questions can only be submitted in writing. The last day for written questions will be March 21, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time.

Proposal responses are due by April 16, 2024, 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
