The Southern Nevada Water Authority (Authority) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Authority’s Ozone Equipment Upgrade project, located at the Alfred Merritt Smith and River Mountains Water Treatment Facilities in Clark County, Nevada.
