The project includes removal of concrete slope paving, removal and salvage of traffic signal pole and mast arm, removal and salvage of existing optical sensor, construction of cast-in-place drilled hole concrete piles, concrete columns, steel clearance bar, warning signs, flashers, flasher controller cabinet, Type SA barrier rail, impact attenuators, LED street light assembly with foundation, steel pole, conduit, pole mounted optical sensor controller cabinet, optical sensor transmitter, optical sensor receiver, traffic signal integration, along with associated traffic control and dust control.
