This process only needs to be completed once. If your company is listed and shows the Supplier Status as anything other than “Accepted” then there are still steps that must be completed before your registration is approved.

**Once an ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR is released for bidding, bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early. The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time.

**Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.

Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Replacement of existing fluorescent lighting with new line voltage LED lighting in 9 different buildings.

The scope of work also includes one alternate:

Alternate # 1 Add 3 Buildings: Fleischmann Agriculture, Ross Hall, and Scrugham Engineering & Mines.

Special Considerations: Work will be done during school time. Contractor will need to work with class schedules and occupancies of spaces.

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability and an Installation Floater policy will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information.

Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "October 20, 2023" and shall be fully complete by "January 19, 2024."
