Nevada System of Higher Education: Las Vegas DC Refresh

Scope of Work / Bid Requirements:


Provide a cost proposal for new Cisco equipment and licenses as listed in the attached spreadsheet “Las_Vegas_DC__Refresh_ITB-List”.



o All hardware must be new from Cisco, no substitutions or equivalents items may be proposed.



o Complete and return the Cisco Smart Net Service Agreement Cost Worksheet in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format.



o Cisco SmartNet line items are 12 (twelve) months duration of Total Care 8X5xNext Business Day (SNT).



o Please note additional terms on software licenses.



o Please note FOB destination and include applicable freight for the location as indicated below.
