The work generally consists of miscellaneous tenant improvements including; low voltage installation, HVAC modifications, carpentry and related interior improvements necessary to complete the construction of the facility, landscaping, onsite paving, and fencing.



The project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of this project is $1,000,000 to $1,300,000.
