The City of Boulder City recently received a $2.5 Million dollar Federal Grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA) to replace 1311 existing pole mounted 4000K light fixtures with 2700K Light Pollution Reducing Lighting Fixtures. The City has five years to complete the project, however we anticipate completion within three years. City personnel and contractors will perform the labor for the project, however the City only has a small inventory of 2700K Light Pollution Reducing Post Top Lighting Fixtures, and needs to conduct this Bid for the procurement of the remaining fixtures.
