The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) requests Proposals for the manufacture and delivery of a base order of four (4) 40-Foot Compressed Natural Gas transit buses, with options to purchase up to 125 additional buses, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in RFP 23-042. The Contract shall be a firm-fixed-price Contract.


The RTC will exercise any options no later than 5 years after the date of the original contract.


This procurement is federally funded. All Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements apply as applicable

New Flyer is excited to participate in this procurement. At this time, we are respectfully requesting a two-week extension to the Approved Equal due date, bringing the new due date to August 23rd. We, along with our vendors require this additional time to thoroughly review the spec and compile our Approved Equals.
