**Once an ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR is released for bidding, bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early. The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time.

**Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.

Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Replace existing 5kV service to Motor Pool Complex with new 25kV conductors and transformer.

Are bidders required to carry any special licenses or qualifications? Contractor shall provide documentation indicating the certification of journeyman wireman installing 25kV terminations.

What special considerations will the contractor need to make regarding the location of this project – utility connections, access, staging, adjacent building impacts etc? Installation of temporary 25kV transformer, installation of conductors, terminations of conductors, testing of conductors, landing and energizing of conductors and transformer shall all be done on a weekend. Replacement of temporary transformer with permanent transformer shall be done on a Saturday. Contractor shall be responsible for all overtime labor costs.

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance, and Builder's Risk Insurance will be required.
