Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder on a line by line basis, contingent upon the submission of all requested documents within the timelines specified, unless an extension is approved by COUNTY.

1. What is the delivery address for the equipment?

2. Who is responsible for the offloading of the equipment once it arrives to the final destination? Shipping does not include off loading or setting machines in place.

3. Do you have a loading dock at the destination site?

4. Bid outlines that items must ship complete however, delivery for one of the items is May 2024, will you accept shipment of other machines prior to May 2024?
Answer
1. According to Special Conditions, Section 4, Locations and Hours:


LO CATION AND HOURS


Deliveries shall be made to the 4425 West Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas NV 89103, Monday through Thursday (excluding COUNTY’S holidays), between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.



2. Clark County personnel will be handling the unloading of equipment.


3. The delivery address listed does not have a loading dock.


4. According to Special Conditions, Section 5, Maximum Delivery Time, maximum delivery time is 6 months, but we can accept delivery within the time period. County shall be given 3 business days notice prior to delivery, as according to Section 3, Notice of Delivery.
