SCOPE: As outlined in the solicitation package, furnish a one (1) Yamaha CFX Concert Grand Piano or equal, delivery and initial tuning as specified.


BID PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS will be available beginning Monday, August 21, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (PST):


Internet: Visit the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website at www.ngemnv.coM. BID No. 24-02 in the list of current solicitations.


Email: Request documents by sending an email to purchasing@thelibrarydistrict.org. Provide RFP number, company name, address, contact person, email address, and phone number.


The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District uses an online bidding system to both download bid documents and for the submittal bids electronically. Visit the Nevada Government eMarketplace at www.ngemnv.com to view and download the bid documents.


BID ACCEPTANCE AND BID OPENING: Responses will be accepted via the NGEM system on or before Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. (PST). Bids will be unsealed immediately, thereafter in the Windmill Library and Service Center, Meeting Room 2, 7060 W. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend.
