Overview:



The City of Henderson Department of Utility Services requires construction management services for its Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Phase 4. Services include performing Contract Documentation of Progress Meetings, Inspector and Contractor Daily Reports, QC/QA, Submittals, RFIs, Photos, and Change Orders; Quality Assurance Inspection Services for civil, mechanical, pipe, electrical, process, and instrumentation improvements; Quality Assurance Testing; Start-Up and Commissioning; and Review of Contractor Pay Applications.

The City is seeking Qualifications from qualified businesses with experienced Nevada (NV) registered engineering and certified inspection staff, to perform construction management services.
