NEVADA STATE LABOR COMMISSION PWP NUMBER: CL-2023-366

SCOPE OF WORK: Renovate employee breakrooms 1400, 3W, 3S, 2W and 2S and restroom in 1400 to include new flooring, patch and paint walls, doors and frames, replace ceiling acoustical tiles with new, new light fixtures and new breakroom furniture to include cabinetry, tables and chairs.

ESTIMATED COST: $174,340

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 6/02/2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ambulatory Conference Room located in the Delta Point building at 901 Rancho Lane, Suite 265, Las Vegas, NV 89106. Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in writing by John Goodnow (John.Goodnow@umcsn.com) no later than 2:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 08, 2023. OWNER will issueany necessary Addenda by close of business Thursday, January 15, 2023

Bids will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com before June 22,

2023 at 2:00:00 p.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website and will be opened immediately thereafter. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend the Bid opening via WebEx. WebEx information for the Bid opening is listed under the Event Details tab in NGEM.
