In accordance with the attached terms, conditions and specifications, i t is the intent of this informal Request for Quotes (RFQ) to receive quotations from qualified companies for janitorial services for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Transit Center. Service will be required after hours between (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), seven days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays with additional emergency work as needed, in accordance with the Scope of Service s . The performance period for this contract will be from October 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, with no renewal options.
