COUNTY is soliciting Submittals from firms qualified to provide non-congregate housing (NCS) to various subpopulations of adults, families, and transition age youth experiencing homelessness, including those who are at risk of homelessness, and the case management services needed to support their efforts of becoming self-sufficient.
