Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details:


The Work consists of tenant improvement of Legal department, conference rooms, hallways and Executive Offices located at Las Vegas Valley Water District West Administration Building. Construction includes selective demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, doors, light fixtures, millworks, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building elements that are required to be modified as required for new construction. New construction includes new partition, interior finishes upgrades, new ADA upgrades at restrooms and drinking fountains, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, and fire safety upgrades to accommodate new design layout. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to construct the facility in accordance with Contract Documents.


Engineer's estimate: $2,616,700

Sheet A263 Shows a callout at Room W337 and W335 as CPT-0. There is no call out for CPT-0 in the finish schedule. Was this a typo on the floor plan and was supposed to call out CPT-10? Please confirm.

During the site walk on 12.05.22 it was discussed to RFI the work hours for the call center on the second floor, so as to determine the least intrusive times for "noisy" work to be done so that the contractors can bid accordingly. Please provide this input.
Answer These hours may vary throughout the contract schedule and and will be provided by the Owner during project coordination meetings.

Sheet A152, Finish Schedule includes WC-1 Wall Covering. It is identified as a Hufcor Partition that we are to recover. We are unable to locate an operable wall or partition in the drawings. Please clarify.
