Provide a cost proposal for new Cisco equipment and licenses as listed in the attached spreadsheet “Reno_BB_NCS_EOL_O4R1 ITB Parts List Rev4”.



o All hardware must be new from Cisco, no substitutions or equivalents items may be proposed.



o Cisco SmartNet line items are 60 (sixty) months duration of Total Care 8X5xNext Business Day (SNT).



o Please note additional terms on software licenses.



o Please note FOB destination and include applicable freight for the location as indicated below.
