The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to update the City’s Vision Zero Action Plan through 2025, to document progress and implementation of the plan (VZAP Action Item 1.1.4), as described in more detail in Exhibit A Project Details. This project is Federally Funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
