UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide the services for the Dreamscape Learning project.

The Dreamscape Learning project will include a buildout of an approximate 4,000-6,000 SF space to support a virtual reality learning classroom located in Lied Library. There will be one 16-seat classroom (approximate) and one room that is free roam. The project will include a DIRTT construction system, raised floor systems, and audiovisual systems that integrate into the Dreamscape pods.




PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A PROPOSER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/.



A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held on Thursday, September 21 2023 at 10:00 am (PST) at the following location - Lied Library , 4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154. Meet at the Library’s North Entrance, inside on the first floor. (See Attachment Map in NGEM for Directions.) All Proposers must sign in and stay for the entire mandatory site visit in order to qualify to propose on this project. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. An additional site visit may be held at the discretion of UNLV. Meet representatives from UNLV to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit.
