Notes	The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to Engineering design services to include environmental studies, survey/mapping, right-of-way, utility design, public outreach, traffic data collection (including multi-modal), safety recommendations, and other ancillary tasks necessary for preparation of final bidding documents including engineer's cost estimate, technical specifications and roadway plans. This project is federally funded by Nevada Department of Transportation; federal regulations apply as specified herein.
