The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for inclusion on a pre-qualified list of Public Attorneys for Indigent Defendants. By means of this RFP, the City intends to establish a candidate pool to draw from for contract award in the event of future openings.
