Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms to submit Bids for the following Work, see Construction Documents for full details:


Work sites are located at the Las Vegas Spring’s Preserve facility located at 333 South Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas, NV 89107.


The Work consists of the restoration of four existing wooden well derrick structures and the installation of cast in place structural foundation including concrete piles, footings, and slab.

The Engineer’s Estimate is: $ 200,600
