SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of approximately 6,319 linear feet of new 12-inch, 10-inch and 8-inch diameter sewer pipes in Rochelle Ave, Warbonnet Way, Nevso Dr, Miller Ln, Teresita Ave, Simone Ave, Flamingo Road, Russell Road, Cameron Street, Dewey Dr and Hacienda Road. The installation of 33 new manholes in 48-inch, 60-inch and 72-inch diameter sizes. The pipe will be constructed using open-cut method and will require the removal and replacement of a crossing 66-inch storm drain. Construction includes new sewer pipe; reconnection of existing sewers and service laterals; manholes; concrete collars; bypass pumping; traffic control; full depth AC replacement; mill and overlay; striping; traffic signal loops; utility relocations; and all other appurtenant work.


ESTIMATED COST: The Engineer's estimate is in the $8,500,000.00 to $9,500,000.00 range.
