The City of Las Vegas (Owner) is soliciting preliminary proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams (Applicants) as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 338 to perform demolition of existing building and design and construction of a new building; exterior improvements include new parking lot and loading dock. The project is located at 1455 N. Main Street. This project is being supported in whole or in part, by federal allocation number SLFRFP2634 allocated to the State of Nevada by the US Department of the Treasury. Wages for this project will be the higher of Prevailing Wage or Davis Bacon Wages.
