The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is looking for qualified firms to perform Quality Assurance (QA) Inspection and Material Testing during the construction of the Maryland Parkway BRT project, in accordance with City of Las Vegas and Clark County Public Works Quality Assurance requirements. The interested firms shall provide qualifications and/or certifications for both field and laboratory testing personnel. The QA firm shall perform oversight of the Contractor’s Quality Control Program for the City of Las Vegas (CLV) and Clark County Public Works (CCPW) jurisdictional work (see Exhibit B for Map and Location). The frequency of sampling and testing of all materials shall be based on the QA/QC Program as required by the City of Las Vegas and Clark County Public Works to ensure Contractor‘s Quality Control Plan is performing satisfactorily and to ensure that the results comply with the jurisdictional testing/inspection requirements.

FEDERAL FUNDS: This project is being funded with % federal funds. Proponents are required to submit the Federal Conditions forms as part of the RFSOQ response and document submission. The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has established a DBE goal of 12.7%.
