The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to design, fabricate, furnish, and install a Class A Burn Building (“Training Facility”) to be used for fire training. The Training Facility shall be constructed from International Organization for Standardization (ISO) containers (QTY 3 - 40ft L x 8ft W x 8.5ft H units as the first story and QTY 2 - 40ft L x 8ft W x 8.5ft H units as the second story). All containers must be new and free from defect and furnished in compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1402 2019.


The City will contract with a separate Nevada licensed contractor to perform the foundation work and permitting necessary for installation at the site.
