The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for scanning, digitizing and indexing a large permanent records collection with an array of original sizes and media types. This solicitation represents the first step of a two-step RFP submittal and evaluation process where selected respondents may be invited to participate in the second step.
