The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority invite you to provide a bid submittal for Resurfacing/Refinishing Services for countertops, showers, bathtubs and sinks. The award will be made to the two lowest, qualified, bidders and will be for an initial year with 4 annual renewal options for a total of 5 years. This contract shall begin on October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023 and continue, at our option, for each year thereafter until September, 2027.
