The City of Las Vegas (Owner) is soliciting preliminary proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams (Applicants) as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 338 to design and construct a multi-level parking garage of approximately 500 parking spaces with grade level retail shell space. (Projec t) . Located at: 201 E. Utah Avenue in the Arts District.
