The City of Henderson (CITY) is seeking qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide construction management services for the Reimagine Boulder Highway Project which is being delivered through the Construction Manager at Risk method.

The Project includes upgrading the center drainage facilities to meet current Clark County Regional Flood Control District flood design standard, construction of portions of the Pittman/Sunset and Pittman/Pabco Regional Flood Control facilities, constructing dedicated center running transit, converting the existing 6-lane roadway to a 4-lane section, pavement rehabilitation, installation of fire hydrants, signing, striping, traffic signals, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and ADA enhancements for sidewalk, curb, and gutter improvements. The CITY anticipates the Project construction to be administered in one (1) construction package, completed in 30-months, working 6 days a week and 10-hour shifts.

Under limited supervision of a designated Public Works Project Manager, the selected Offeror will provide the city with construction project management for the Reimagine Boulder Highway Project. Anticipated personnel are Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Three Level 4 Inspectors, and a document controls team member. These individuals will provide construction management services including inspection of roadway construction, document control, and other roadway construction contract administration services. Appropriate vehicles, iPads, cell phones, and proper safety equipment shall be supplied by the Offeror for all personnel assigned to this project. A final scope of work will be prepared with the selected consultant.

This is a federally funded project and funds are administered by the Nevada Department of Transportation.
