The work to be performed under this contract shall be for the construction of Jones Boulevard and related appurtenances from Blue Diamond Road to Windmill Lane and the bridge structure over the Union Pacific Railroad. The improvements will generally consist of bridge structures, mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls, bridge approach slabs, barrier rails, guard rail, fences, plantmix bituminous paving, curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drains, drop inlets, traffic signals, construction traffic control, street lighting, pavement markings, signage, ITS components, impact attenuators, sewer infrastructure for Clark County Water Reclamation District and other related items of work. The work will also include demolition, removal and disposal of designated improvements including bituminous pavement (cold milling), concrete barrier rail, signage, and light poles.
