The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled McCarran Marketplace Soccer Fields Fencing Replacement and is located at 5800 Surrey Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 26 of the Project Manual.

The Work consists of the demolition and removal of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of existing six foot (6’) high chain-link fencing, gates, integrated curbing, posts and footings. Furnish and install new eight foot (8’) high black powder coated ornamental metal fencingwith curved security top, walk through gates, equipment access gates, integrated curbing, and footings. Work is to be divided into two phases to prevent the closure of both athletic fields simultaneously. Additional work will include, but not limited to, providing security fencing, refurbish and repair all landscape and hardscape materials, underground utilities, and irrigation system components.
