The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled “Moapa Town Park - Parking Lot Improvements” and is located at 1340 E State Hwy 168. Moapa, NV 89025. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual.

The project consists of removal and replacement of one existing parking lot and construct two new parking lots, install 2 ½” asphalt over new 6” sub-base, new curbing and landscaping, six new parking lot luminaries, trench and install underground conduit and conductors and associated electrical modifications from main electrical panel to new luminaire foundation.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications.
