The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Russell Campus & Fire Prevention Covered Parking – Phase 1, 2 and 3 and is located at 4701 W. Russell Rd. Las Vegas NV, Nevada 89118. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual.

The Work consists of the construction of 3-phased new covered parking area to the existing employee parking lot.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on

Drawings and Specifications:

Scope of work to include tree at landscape islands removal, hydro excavating the first 5’ to prevent any damage to existing utilities. saw cutting, asphalt removal and disposal for new painted metal deck covered parking structure with cast-in-place concrete caisson footings, light fixtures under new covered parking structure.

Phase I includes covers over 151 regular parking spaces, 4 accessible parking spaces and 10 motorcycle spaces, 29,306.00 square feet of area. The cover is design with metal deck, with design criteria to have solar panels to replace metal deck in the future.

Phase II includes covers over 169 regular parking spaces and 2 accessible parking spaces, 40,894.00 square feet of area. The cover is design with metal deck, with design criteria to have solar panels to replace meal deck in the future.

Phase III includes covers over 132 regular parking spaces, 30,752.00 square feet of area. The cover is design with metal deck, with design criteria to have solar panels to replace metal deck in the future.
