UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor to provide and install exterior lighting across various locations on our Maryland campus located at 4505 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89154.




PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A BIDDER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/.




A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walk will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 9:00 am (PST). Meet at the landscaping at the SW corner near Margie and Robert Faiman Sr. Hall (MFH) (see Exhibit D - Attachment Map in NGEM for directions.) All Bidders must sign in and stay for the entire mandatory site visit in order to qualify to bid on this project. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. An additional site visit may be held at the discretion of UNLV . Meet representatives from UNLV to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit.



An additional non-mandatory pre-bid & site walk on Tuesday, August 8 at 9 AM,
