Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Quotes for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details.



The Work is located at 483 Echo Road, Mt. Charleston, Nevada 89124; more specifically at the junction of Mary Jane Falls Rd. and Echo Rd.


The work will take place on and around the Echo 3 Well Building. The Work will requires the construction of a welded steel access platform at the Owner’s Echo 3 well building site, which will include construction of a platform, attached to a concrete footing with approved anchor bolts, a platform walkway with removable fiberglass reinforced grating, personnel rails and fall arrest tie-off points and perform all the work as required within the Contract Documents.


Engineer's estimate: $30,000
