The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Desert Breeze Park Baseball Fields and is located at 8275 spring mountain Rd, Nevada 89117. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 33 of the Project Manual.

The work consists of the construction of 17 acre baseball field complex includes the following amenities; four baseball fields with synthetic turf outfields and dirt infields, covered dugouts, bullpens, digital scoreboards, covered bleachers, a single adaptive use field with synthetic turf, chain link fencing, playground equipment, a fabric shade structure, a prefabricated restroom, a synthetic turf warm-up area, an asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks and plaza space, metal shade structures, CMU enclosures, and LED site and sports lighting. The work also includes a maintenance yard with CMU wall, a 1,600 sf maintenance building, and a wash rack. The site work consists of construction through undeveloped land through the means of clear and grub, rough grade, cut, over-excavation, haul, import fill, fine grade, dust control and caliche removal.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plan and specifications.
