UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”)



PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A PROPOSER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/.




A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 9:00 am (PST) at the following location: Shadow Lane Dental School (SLC-A), 1001 Shadow Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89106 ( https://www.unlv.edu/maps/slc-a ). Meet outside of entry doors at SLC-A . All Proposers must sign in and stay for the entire mandatory site visit in order to qualify to propose on this project. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. An additional site visit may be held at the discretion of UNLV. Meet representatives from UNLV to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit.
