Scope of Work / Bid Requirements:

· Provide a cost proposal for new Liebert/Vertiv equipment and Factory Startup Services for warranty purposes as listed in the attached spreadsheet “Las_Vegas _UPS_ Refresh_2024_ITB-List ”. This ITB is for equipment only and no installation services are needed as part of this ITB.

o All hardware must be new from Liebert/Vertiv, no substitutions or equivalent items may be proposed.

o Bidders should reference Vertiv Proposal # CPQ-261651-1 with Vertiv to ensure correct equipment is quoted.

o Complete and return the Liebert/ Vertiv Cost Worksheet in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format.

o Please note FOB destination and include applicable freight for the location as indicated below.
