The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to assist the City’s Community Development and Services Department in updating the 2017 Henderson Strong Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the Henderson Strong update is to successfully prepare and plan for the physical growth and development of the City for the next 20 years.


Proposers should specialize in planning and community engagement and have a proven track record in preparing master plans and/or community-wide strategic plans having fulfilled similar requirements and projects.
