The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submittals from qualified consulting firms (Respondents) to provide On-Call Construction Management or CM services (Services) consisting of technical support, contract administration, construction management, materials testing, and quality assurance services for the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) for the Reno-Tahoe International and Reno-Stead Airports. The Services are expected to be three years in duration for calendar years 2023-2025, with the option to extend, at the sole discretion of the RTAA, for calendar years 2026 and 2027. The RTAA intends to execute up to five professional services on an as-needed, on-call basis for these Services.

The RTAA reserves the right to negotiate additional Services, and/or, extend the duration of the Contract with the selected Consultant(s), as the RTAA may deem necessary to fulfill the complete program intent. The projects in the ACIP may be amended, and individual projects may be added or deleted. The Services are nonexclusive, and the RTAA reserves the right to negotiate for Services with other firms for projects not included in the Contract. At the sole discretion of the RTAA, successful Respondents selected to provide Services will not exclusively be excluded from providing design services. Architectural and Engineering (A/E) design services are not a part of this solicitation and shall be primarily provided under separate agreements by other firms.
