Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of a new pressure regulating station supplied by the 24" high-pressure main running parallel to Lemmon Dr. Two pressure zones will be supplied through this PRS. The first pressure zone is the neighborhood South of Lemmon Dr at the intersection of Palace Dr. The second pressure zone is the future neighborhood, Sierra Vista.

All content viewed and/or downloaded is consider confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project.

The Engineer's estimate is: $427,500 - $522,500

This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
