The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified Design-Build Teams to complete a phased program of rehabilitation and construction of selected fire stations as outlined in the City’s Fire Station Master Planning Study.


Pre-construction services are anticipated to begin in March 2024 and with Fire Station 81 operational by March 2025. Fire Station 82 and the Fire Training Facility will require a phased delivery of the station by January 2025 and the Fire Training Facility complete by June 2025
