The City of North Las Vegas (Owner) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (Applicant) for the performance of the construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the City of North Las Vegas Park Projects (Project). The Landscape Architect will be named later.



Electronic copies of the SOQ packet may be obtained online, beginning November 28, 2023 at NGEM.com , or www.DemandStar.com.
