THIS SOLICITATION IS TO ESTABLISH AN OPEN TERM CONTRACT FOR FLAT GOODS MATTRESS TICKING. THIS SOLICITATION IS REQUESTING FOB DESTINATION PRICING; FREIGHT PRICING MUST BE INCORPORATED INTO YOUR UNIT PRICE. THE CONTRACT RESULTING FROM THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AWARDED TO ONLY ONE (1) VENDOR. THE INITIAL CONTRACT WILL BE FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS WITH THE OPTION OF TWO (2) ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSIONS. PRICE INCREASES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED DURING THE INITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD. TYPICALLY ORDERS ARE PLACE ANNUALLY. THE QUANTITY LISTED IS FOR THE TWO (2) CONTRACT PERIOD.
