The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide long term Project Management and Change Management for a large multi-phased application modernization project for the existing Nevada Statewide Child Welfare system known as Unified Nevada Information Technology for Youth (UNITY). Per Nevada State guidelines, the same vendor cannot be selected for the Needs Assessment and the Implementation bodies of work.
